WASHINGTON  -  Michigan State scored the first eight points of the game and never trailed on the way to an 80-63 win over No. 3 seed LSU in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament at Capital One Arena on Friday night.

Michigan State advances to the Elite Eight of the NCAA Tournament for the 10th time in program history, all under Head Coach Tom Izzo.
